All white juries need to go away. Especially when they result in the acquittal of murderers. In case you don’t know what i’m talking about a 25 year old Mexican illegal immigrant (Luis Ramierz) was killed after a fight with 3 white teenagers in the mining town of shenandoah, Pennsylvania. Reports say the teenagers baited Ramirez into the fight with racial slurs. His death was confirmed to be caused by blunt force trama to the head. Specifically a kick to the head by 16 year old Brandon Piekarski. They were just found innocent of murder and even aggravated assault. However still guilty of simple assault. The jury? 6 white males and 6 white females in a small, racist mining town.

This is similar to the case of the Chinese man who was murdered in the 80s in Michigan. His killers thought he was Japanese and there was quite a bit of anti-Japanese fervor in Michigan due to how thoroughly their cars were destroying the American competition. He went to his bachelor party (he was getting married that weekend) and was murdered by laid off auto workers. All the guests in town that were going to go to his wedding attended his funeral instead. His killers? Not guilty.

If the positions had been switched in either case? If Mexicans had beat a white kid to death or Chinese had beat a white man to death you can bet your ass they’d be in jail right now. So ask yourself when you start to think ‘man, minorities have it made in this country, it sucks to be a white man’ does it really suck being the only race that can actually get away with shit like this? Oh and OJ doesn’t count. He’s a celebrity :-p.
